Application Requirements

Multiple applications from one user are allowed.

As for the material, we need to make sure we are in a room with lots of silence. A proper microphone is needed and basic reading skills are required.

Samples should be sent in the form of a .ZIP file along with the character you are representing. Be sure to include the character(s) you want to audition for in the email.

Send to the email the following: Singing samples of your various vocal tones, the character you want to audition for and the best place to reach you for correspondence if you win.

Due to the nature of this event, we ask that you provide your own voice and samples; RVC, Diffsinger and AI samples cannot be used.

Only those who are listed as "MHS characters" are eligible for auditions.
If you wish to use other characters, only MHS characters with to witch we hold the rights to

※Entries using other characters will not be considered.

Voices produced by AI or altered to resemble other people or voice actors will not be permitted and will not count.
※If you wish to use your own voice, please specify the "MHS character" and include the name of the character you are auditioning for, and we will treat it as within the scope of the contract.

Please do not delete samples after sending in your audition.

Please refrain from the act of "Ghosting" when Email correspondence is sent. Simply specify you do not wish to participate and your entry(s) will not be counted.

While international entries may be accepted, so are all other entries. This goes for all other contrys as well.

Entry Qualifications
Only individuals who agree to all of these application requirements are eligible to apply.
Professional and amateur artists are not required and anyone can apply.

Joint entries by more than one person are also accepted.
※If the work is a joint entry by more than one person, the representative person must submit the entry.
All authors will be deemed to have agreed to the entry requirements.

Minors are also welcome to apply.
※However, please be sure to obtain the consent of a parent or guardian (legal representative) to these
application guidelines before submitting your work.
Selection
Process
Based on voice quality and tone, the final voice is chosen to fit the character.
※If there are no entries for a single designated character, we may consider extending the event.
